Sinopsis
Cerita dimulai ketika tiga orang yakuza gagal melaksanakan tugas penting dari bos mereka. Untuk menebus kesalahan, mereka harus pergi ke Thailand untuk menjalani operasi transgender agar dapat menjadi idol “perempuan”.
